Amber Swan
Amber Swan opened Blonde & Co. in 2016 after nearly two decades in the hair industry. She has created a space where all guests feel welcome in a fun, collaborative space. Now, Blonde & Co. just turned !
Amber loves her clients and team like family. She and her husband are highly ambitious people, always open to growth and change! Amber had persevered and supported her staff through the challenges of COVID-19 and continues to celebrate her successes! When she’s not at the salon, you can find her travelling the globe.
Rylie
Rylie has been with Blonde & Co for the last 5 years. She is a core member of the team and recently was promoted to salon manager. We are thrilled to have her knowledge, support and dedication all while helping lead the team. Rylie is newly married, just bought a house and is now advancing her career. We are so lucky to have Rylie part of the team and now we can officially say we are honoured she is part of our Blonde & Co management team.
Nicole
Nicole is our newest face around the salon. She recently joined the Blonde & Co team in 2024 and brings 11 years of experience with her! Nicole is detail-oriented and super friendly! She excels in all services but especially loves foils & balayages. In Nicole’s chair you can expect a warm atmosphere and precise technique! When she isn’t at the shop you can find her spending time with her husband, daughter & pup, Gunner.
Allison
Allison is our newest stylist joining our team in 2025. She has 10 years of experience, 3 of those being an educator for young stylists at Est-Elle Academy. Allison excels at all services but particularly loves doing traditional balayages and blonding services. When she’s not at the salon you can find her chasing after her 2 kids and 2 dogs as well as enjoying the outdoors.
Jess
Jess joined the team in 2017 and is a loyal face around the salon day in and day out. Jess loves lived in looks but excels in any type of hair creation. When Jess is away from the salon you’ll find her spending time with her fur baby Argo and enjoying the outdoors. As always “happy to be here”.
Cara
Cara is a newer face around the salon but is no newbie to the industry. Cara has been in the hair industry for 17 years. Cara specializes in barbering, short haircuts, vivid colours and beautiful blended colours. In Cara's chair you can expect good conversation and an energetic experience. Outside of the salon you'll find Cara cooking up a storm or spending time with her fur baby Coal.
Jess
Jess #2 joined the team in 2023. She has 7 years experience behind the chair. Jess excels in men’s cuts, soft blended colours and a crisp bob. In Jess’s chair you can expect a calm and zen appointment. Outside of the salon Jess enjoys curling up with her favourite book.
